Marie Del Vecchio - our soloist
Marie Del Vecchio's training includes the Bryn Mawr Conservatory, the Conservatoire Darius Milhaud in Aix-en Provence and the Silvain Cappelli Opera Singers of Philadelphia. She has a Masters Degree in Music Performance from Western State College. Her experience spans a range of styles and locally she has performed roles from Agnes in Agnes of God at the Crested Butte Mountain Theater to Frasquita in Carmen with the Western Slope Music Festival.
For Marie the breath is a physical analogy to the strength of the Spirit which supports every expression of gratitude in prayer and song.
Marie lives in Gunnison with her husband and family - comes to sing for us at All Saints in the Mountains on many Sunday afternoons.
